had a DIL (dangerously ill list) patient under my care for days. then during one of my afternoon shift, when the Registrar came and review patient, his ABG results were all out of range, mini resuscitation of patient started after i pass over to the night staff. soon after, went down to ICU for close monitoring. (that was during my colleague's 1st night)......

okay, then that particular bed was of course empty. and here comes my shift again (afternoon), admitted a patient who's under Oncology for lung cancer, reviewed by doctors and it's written 'DIL'. i was like ''WOW!'' okay, as usual i pass over to the same colleague while the doctors were discussing about the patient's status. and i came to work in the morning only to know that the patient had passed away. OMG! i'm i 'suay'or what?!

today work was kind of hectic for me. i discharged 3 patients, 1 patient was transferred out with the help of a colleage, and i admitted 3. with 2 empty beds left. *claps* Sister treated us pizzas, cos we worked hard... she should probably do that everyday!!! ^.^
